Colin is a professional engineer with extensive experience in operational supervision, process control and development, and commercial terms generation. He's a great part of our management team at Mulgrave Machine Works, and has excelled in building, coaching, and leading our operations team since 2013.
Colin employs a safety-first approach that results in fewer incidents and an overall healthier corporate culture.

Brett Spicer brings over 20 years of business development experience, including more than 15 years within the construction and manufacturing industries. His career has been built on creating growth opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and helping companies expand their reach in highly competitive markets. Brett’s expertise lies in aligning customer needs with innovative solutions, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable success.
As Director of Business Development at Mulgrave Machine Works Limited, Brett leverages his deep industry knowledge to connect clients with the company’s capabilities, from custom fabrication to specialized manufacturing solutions. He is passionate about building lasting collaborations and driving new opportunities that highlight MMWL’s commitment to quality, reliability, and customer focus.
Roger muggah
Quality Control Manager
Roger has been employed with Mulgrave Machine Works Limited as the Quality Manager since 2006. He's responsible for Quality Management Systems and Quality Control Programs as well as the design of pressure equipment, welding/brazing procedure development and estimating major projects.
Roger brings over 40 years of industry experience in manufacturing, construction and site maintenance and repairs to his role with Mulgrave Machine Works, and has industry experience with Offshore Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Pulp and Paper, Mining Equipment, Refrigeration, etc.
Roger is a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) by Tech Nova, and a Construction Estimator Certified (CEC) by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
